As our experience in the large mortgage loans market developed so did our lending contacts. We found we were able to get large mortgages approved that were being refused elsewhere. This gave us the opportunity to launch Large Mortgages Now as a specialised arm of our business catering for mortgages of between £500,000 and £5 million.
